Felt great after over 36 hours off, even with going to bed at 2am last night and driving home 7.5 hrs today.

Wert, Paul, and I are doing a push up a day challenge for 2023. 1 on day 1, 2 on day 2, ...365 on day 365. They don't have to be done all at once, but accumulated total each day.

Today I set my max unbroken baseline to compare to in a year. I hit 43 unbroken today. 

Goal is to hit 100+ unbroken in a year.

This was my best handstand walk day ever. By far. The TGU work is paying off big time. I kicked up every time amd did at least 24 ft without falling. Of the 8 trips, 6 of them were at least 5 mats. My shoulders and core felt super strong and stable.

DT was taking me about 1:40 average. Did 73 step ups in 1st 3 min then was getting 20-30.

Was out of pool at 1:41. This was the hardest part. Swam 3 lengths without stopping then held the side for a few seconds before swimming the 4th. Transition to buke was slow cuz of breathing, took about a minute.

Bike to run transition was 2 sec. Didn't see my bike split. My mile was prob around 7:30.

Ross won his age group (0-7), and Alex got second (1st girl). Reece won her age group (8-10). Kate was 2nd place (1st girl) to Lincoln. I was 3rd. I was 400m behind Lincoln and about 150-200m behind Kate.
