DL and BFB ub. ub rope on first set then broke 1x, 2x, 2x, 1x.
rope brakes were unintended but quick. transition time was none other than moving into the next movement. if I was perfect on the rope I would have been around 7:40.
this was fun, I'm happy with it.

wb 30 then 15s. this was smaller sets than I thought.
t2b 6s thru 42 then then 3-3-4-4-4. These were def not what I'd hoped. wanted to hold 10s.

Breaking it up would've def been faster cuz I could've done big sets then rest doing other movts.
