I wanted 8 min until I talked to Gary and he said the best he saw was Noah Olsen at 7:20. From that point I just wanted to finish.

This was humbling.

It got real once you hit the 6 set. Finished first 8 set at 5:00. Finished 2 burpees of 2nd 8 set.

All deadlift ub.

Only hit the 1st and 3rd rep at 0:45 and 0:58, respectively.

I should've hit 5 of the 7 reps. legs were toast.

bikes 1000 watts and fast ub burpees thru 4 rounds, then quads locked up and burpees became near singles. last 3 lifts weren't attempted until 1:20-1:30.
