Only hit the 1st and 3rd rep at 0:45 and 0:58, respectively.
I should've hit 5 of the 7 reps. legs were toast.
bikes 1000 watts and fast ub burpees thru 4 rounds, then quads locked up and burpees became near singles. last 3 lifts weren't attempted until 1:20-1:30.
