This felt SO light. A few weeks ago I did 2 sets of single arm and it was tough. This is really working.

Wall balls were unbroken through 30 and then I did 2010-10 and 2010-10-10. Kettlebells were unbroken through 20 and then I did 1515, 15 13 12, 9. Ropes were solid except for the 20 set I broke three times.

instead of hspu I did single arm half kneeling landmine press with 25# on bar. to make it even between arms I did 22-16-10.

The burpees on the last 2 rounds were tough.

I was 700+ watts and 90+ rpm on bike each time, off in about 30 sec.

Bb movts ub throughout. The transition from burpees to lunge slowed each round 3-5.
