C2b were harder than I planned.
My goal was to have 3 minutes for mu and I had 4 mins. My legs were so sore. I stood there for 1 min then did 4 then stood 1 min then 3-1-miss.
I laid there for 2min the hit the complex at 145 and 185.
Complex: 1 each of deadlift, power clean, hang clean, jerk.
I'm out of shape due to only working out 1x a week for the past 4 weeks due to tweak, stomach bug, and tweak.
I bet I would've finished the mu if I'd done this WOD a month ago.
