4 thrusters into 135. Goal was finish muscle ups so I'm happy. Could've hit 7 thrusters at 135 but did 3 drop 1 drop.
Could've done pull ups and c2b ub but broke to save grip. Did 14-7 pull ups and 10-8 c2b. BMU we're 5-5-5. I rested 40 sec between sets.
21 thusters as 12-9, 18 as 7-6-5, then 3-1.
DUs broke 4x on 1st and 3rd set, ub 2nd set. Breaks prob cost me 30-40 sec.
Overall I'm happy. Least painful open thruster WOD I've ever done.
