Dball over Shoulder 100#

10 toes to rope (5 each side)
Front plank

10 single arm kbs 53# ea
Wall sit

2 rope climb
Push ups

200m air runner
Wall walk

Partner 1 does top movt and partner 2 does the bottom movt til 1 is done them switch. Go thru each movt that way. 5 rounds.
