We split all in half. Miles as 400m blocks. DP in 5s. Pull ups as 10-5. Wall walks in 2s. Lunges in 50 ft each.

At 30min we had finished 22 pull ups in 5th round.

We beat everyone. This was tough. We didn't take any breaks. Hardest transition was lunge to DP.
