12 lateral burpees over bar
12 front rack reverse lunge return 95#

The burpees on the last 2 rounds were tough.

I was 700+ watts and 90+ rpm on bike each time, off in about 30 sec.

Bb movts ub throughout. The transition from burpees to lunge slowed each round 3-5.
