Did 455 step ups in 54 min. Had 9 minutes of rest in there. Took off minutes 18-21, 27-30, 42-45.
Started with 155 for 2 rounds of DT, dropped to 135 for 5 rounds of DT, then dropped to 115 for the final 7 rounds of DT.
DT was taking me about 1:40 average. Did 73 step ups in 1st 3 min then was getting 20-30.
This was harder than I thought.
That was at 8am.
At 5pm I did
