Thrusters, 95 / 65 lb.
Bar Facing Burpees
Time: 15:25
12,9-10,8-10,5-12-9-6-3
Rest 10 between drops, held my strategy strong. Jumped all my burpees. Where I lost time was I had to rest between end of burpees and back on bar from 15 on.
This time was way worse than I expected. I wanted 13 something.
